Product introduction:
Electric flanged soft-sealed butterfly valves are typically composed of a quarter-turn electric actuator (0–90° partial rotation) and a butterfly valve integrally connected through mechanical means, forming a complete unit after installation and debugging. Featuring a simple structure, small size, and light weight, electric flanged butterfly valves consist of only a few components. When fully open, the thickness of the butterfly disc serves as the sole resistance to media flow through the valve body, resulting in minimal pressure drop and excellent flow control characteristics.
Electric flanged butterfly valves mainly come in two structural types: triple eccentric and single eccentric, with three sealing forms: metal seal, PTFE seal, and rubber seal. Metal sealing structures are primarily suitable for working conditions at temperatures ≥300°C; PTFE sealing structures are suitable for ≤180°C; and rubber sealing structures are suitable for ≤120°C. The quarter-turn electric actuators matched with electric flanged butterfly valves can directly receive control signals of 4–20mADC or 1–5VDC output by computers or industrial instruments. They intelligently adjust the drive motor's step pitch (PID regulation) by comparing the deviation between the valve position feedback signal and the set value to achieve precise positioning of the valve or other devices matched with the actuator, while outputting a 4–20mADC position feedback signal.
Currently, electric flanged butterfly valves are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, light industry, papermaking, power stations, refrigeration, and other industrial fields.
